Pathway to Success
Computer modeling and collaboration with their client enabled Set to design a driveway to this spectacular homesite with minimal impact to the surrounding landscape.
Carving Out Space
What makes a lot "buildable" is often a creative approach. This spectacular custom home sits on a quarter-acre perch, within a six-acre parcel. With Forest Service land on two sides, access was strategically permitted and pioneered through federal land while meeting fire code standards. Maximizing the use of on-site materials and the preservation of natural vegetation, the homesite is beautifully etched into the landscape. At SET we understand terrain management and the opportunities that come with it. The design by Mountain Grain Architecture takes full advantage of the long views and fall colors.
Pooling Our Resources
The Durango Hot Springs project provided unique opportunities for Set Engineering to help make something special. This facility is now one of the favorite attractions for locals and visitors to Durango.
Maximizing Views
The beautiful landscape around Moab offers both challenges and opportunities.
Taking the Higher Road
