The Pediatric Partners of the Southwest wished to form a Durango campus to centralize their team of doctors and ancillary services near the popular Horse Gulch Trailhead. Parking at the trailhead required formal reconstruction and significant drainage improvements to handle flash flood events. SET provided all grading, drainage and utility design for the sister projects.
