SET Engineering provided full-scope civil engineering services on this marquee resort hotel project with conference facilities and gourmet restaurant. In conjunction with the developers and the City, SET also designed a major storm drain trunk system along the entire length of Walnut Lane road as well as employee housing apartments on the site.
