Located adjacent to Glacier Cliff Drive, the Etta Ridge Condominiums project involves development of the southern and eastern edges of Area E. The project scope includes site and infrastructure improvements in order to construct 30 condominium units in 5 individual buildings while incorporating open space requirements, proximity to the Mountain Course and inspiring views of Hermosa Cliffs, Twilight Peak and Engineer Mountain.
